We participated in the "Job Interview Meeting for People with Disabilities" held at Dolphins Arena on Tuesday, November 19th.

This event, hosted by Hello Work, gathered over 110 companies considering the employment of people with disabilities for interviews. It has been held annually since 1980, and this year, approximately 400 job seekers attended the event.

The interview meeting began with a greeting from Governor Hideaki Omura, and our company proceeded with interviews with a team of two. We carefully listened to each individual's background, focusing on what considerations they need from the company, and confirmed whether they matched our company's job requirements.

As a result, we decided to hire two individuals, making it a very fruitful time.

Currently, many of the people with disabilities working within our company are performing their tasks diligently, so we plan to continue actively hiring in the future.

We aim to create a workplace where not only people with disabilities but everyone can work comfortably.
