■ OST's outlook and initiatives

In 2024, 33 new employees joined the company, bringing the total to 187.
In April, we welcomed 16 new employees, and our total will finally exceed 200.
In the previous fiscal year, we did not achieve our targets for sales, profits, and number of employees, but in 2025 we will continue to work toward resolving issues to achieve the following goals.
