The 23rd fiscal year started on October 1st.

In the 22nd fiscal year, due to an increase in unpaid receivables projects and unused man-hours from the previous fiscal year, both sales and operating profits did not reach their targets.

The entire industry is revitalizing its recruitment, and it has been a tough year for small and medium-sized companies.

In the midst of this, we hired 32 people, but the number of resignations was also noticeable this year.

At the end of the fiscal year, we ended with 183 employees and 72 BPs.

This fiscal year, we have received new contracts from end users, and we are finally ready to release our own services.

In addition, we have decided to hire 26 people since October, and the number of foreign nationals is increasing.

Offshore development in India is also progressing, and we intend to further accelerate diversity and strengthen our collaboration with overseas companies.

We will ride the good momentum this fiscal year and promote it to be a year of great leaps.

On October 1st, we held the 2025 new graduate job offer ceremony.

Next year, 14 fresh new employees will be joining the company.

The social gathering was held at Osteria La Mante in Global Gate, where they enjoyed delicious Italian food and wine, and I'm sure the successful candidates and managers had a great time catching up.
