The 23rd policy announcement was held on Friday, October 11th.

This year, the policy announcement and the 21st anniversary event were held at the Global Gate Convention Hall, where the headquarters is located.
Participants also participated online from the Tokyo office in Akihabara.
A total of over 150 people participated, both in person and online.

At the policy announcement, the president announced the business plan and 10-year vision, and each department head announced their department's policy. In addition, the company's business, ideathons, and working group results were announced.
From this fiscal year, we have made the management guidelines available for reference in advance. We will work toward achieving our goals by implementing the PDCA cycle every quarter.

At the 21st anniversary event, we introduced the new employees of the 22nd fiscal year and presented luxurious prizes at a game tournament.
For catering, we again commissioned Okamoto from Kuroshio of the Aichi Doyukai Association, who prepared a luxurious meal that exceeded our budget. Kondo-san from Sakura Sake Shop also provided some excellent sake. We all had a great time with the delicious food and drinks.

We have been able to start our 23rd term on a good note from the 22nd term.

We have been able to continue our company for 21 years thanks to our customers who have always been kind to us, and our staff who always spare no effort with their extraordinary efforts and ambition. We would like to express our sincere gratitude to everyone involved.
We will continue to improve the skills of the entire company and work together with all our employees to achieve the same goal.
