We held our new employee orientation ceremony at our head office on April 1st, 2026.

This year, we welcomed 14 new employees (12 new graduates, 2 mid-career hires).
As of today, we have 217 employees (150 men, 67 women)
(191 in Nagoya, 26 in Tokyo)
Total staff members are now 279 (including 62 partners).

Four new employees joined us from Myanmar, Cambodia, Nepal, and Indonesia.
This brings our total number of foreign nationals to 28, and with the addition of the Myanmar and Indonesian flags, we are now a truly global company with colleagues from 13 countries.

The company has just completed the first half of its 24th fiscal year, and will celebrate its 23rd anniversary in May. With our growing number of colleagues from diverse backgrounds, our diversity is accelerating even further.

After the president's address, the new employees enthusiastically shared their aspirations, followed by encouraging speeches from management.

In recent years, generative AI has evolved at an astonishing pace, threatening to fundamentally change the way we develop and work.
The coming era will be one where the question is, "How can we effectively utilize AI and create value?"
However, no matter how advanced technology becomes, ultimately, it is "humans" who determine value.
