On November 7th, four first-year students from Meijo University High School's General Studies Department visited our company as part of a "Professional Visit."
As in previous years, the visit included the following activities:

• Company overview and business introduction
• Q&A session with the CEO and senior employees
• Workplace tour

The students listened intently to the explanations, taking notes and asking active questions.
During the interview, they were asked questions such as:

"What values ​​do you particularly value in your work?"
"Why did you decide to take this job?"
"What are the personalities and atmosphere of the people who work at our company like?"

Employees shared their thoughts on these questions.

Some of the senior employees who participated were alumni of our school, and they were thrilled to welcome their juniors from their alma mater.

During the office tour, the students were able to see our employees at work.
We believe that by interacting directly with our employees, they were able to get a feel for the atmosphere within our company and what it's like to work there.

Due to school allocations, the students who visited this time had little knowledge of the IT industry, but we hope that through this experience they have become at least a little interested in the IT industry and our company.
