We held an induction ceremony at our head office on April 1, 2025.

This year, 17 new employees joined the company. (16 new graduates [13 in Nagoya, 3 in Tokyo], 1 mid-career employee)
As of today, we have 201 employees (138 men, 63 women [31.3%]) (175 in Nagoya, 26 in Tokyo [12.9%])

This year, 6 foreign nationals (3 from China, 2 from Vietnam, 1 from Mongolia) joined the company, bringing the number of foreign members to 24. The new Vietnamese flag has been added, bringing the number of countries of origin to 11.

As a company, we have just finished the half-year of our 23rd term, and in May we will celebrate our 22nd anniversary.
We will have more and more diverse employees, and diversity will accelerate.
