On October 24th, four first-year students from Meijo University's affiliated high school visited our company as part of their "professional visit". The purpose seemed to be to observe the work of people actually working and to hear directly from employees to think about what it means to have a job.

First, we introduced ourselves to each other. Then, using materials, we explained the industry, company overview, and business content.

The students listened intently, taking notes.

After that, we answered the following questions as part of the interview:

• What makes your work rewarding?
• What difficulties have you faced in your job?
• What is attractive about your company? etc.

We could tell that they had prepared a lot in advance, and although our employees were nervous, they answered the questions.

Finally, we conducted an office tour, allowing the students to observe senior employees at work. By interacting directly with our employees, we hope they got a sense of the atmosphere and what it is like to work here.

The students expressed their desire to work in the IT industry in the future, and we are very much looking forward to the day we can work together.
