On April 1, 2024, we held an entrance ceremony at our headquarters. This year, we welcomed 16 new employees (13 new graduates and 3 mid-career hires).

As of today, we have 189 employees (134 male, 55 female), with a total staff count of 263 including partners.

We are pleased to welcome new colleagues from Thailand and Malaysia this year, and we are especially excited to welcome our first 18-year-old employee.

After the president's address, our new hires enthusiastically shared their aspirations, followed by encouraging words from our management team.

We enjoyed lunch together with delicious bento boxes from Kuroshio, and in the evening, we held a welcome party for the newcomers in our office. We had a great time bonding over delicious sake from Sakurazakeya.

From today onwards, let's grow together as members of OST. We anticipate that your diverse values and innovative thinking, characteristic of digital natives, will greatly contribute to the future development of our company.
