On January 25, two second-year junior high school students from Hara Junior High School in Nagoya visited our company for a workplace visit.

As part of their outside class, they researched companies they were interested in, made appointments to visit them, and asked questions to deepen their understanding of the companies and the industry.

They are trying to deepen their understanding of the industry in preparation for their future career as SEs.
Their questions were as sharp and sensitive as those of university students at a new graduate recruitment interview.

We also offer programming schools for upper elementary and junior high school students, and we believe that we can develop super programmers in the future if we accept interns from their age group and they learn programming from a young age.

In this way, we would like to expand the base of SEs and solve the shortage of engineers in the future.
