On October 13th, we hosted our company's policy conference event to celebrate the 20th anniversary of our organization's establishment. Certain members of our Tokyo branch remotely attended the conference, bringing the total number of attendees to 141, with 104 attending in person and 37 joining online.

At the event, our CEO presented our business plan and shared a 10-year strategic vision. Each department head presented their plans and insights into our company's operations, Ideathon, and our Working Groups. In our effort to expand globally, we received congratulatory messages from Mr. Sunil Savaram, CEO of Plural Technology, and Mr. Nitin Baraskar, COO of Plural Technology.

The event showcased new graduates, celebratory videos, an online quiz game about our company, and the awarding of luxurious prizes.

We relished delicious food and drinks and expressed gratitude to Mr. Hiroki Okamoto, CEO of Kuroshio, and Mr. Yuichi Kondo, the CEO of Sakura Saketen, both esteemed members of the National Conference of the Association of Small Business Entrepreneurs, for catering the event and providing exquisite cuisine and excellent Japanese sake.

Despite facing various challenges in the 21st fiscal year, such as inflation and project-related issues, we maintained our resilience and launched new projects, commencing the 22nd fiscal year on a positive note.
