Our company, OST, has been certified as a "Health and Productivity Management Organization 2023" for the fourth time.

We have been recognized for our efforts in promoting employee health, including an 80% participation rate in company trips, relay marathons, and awards for employees' exercise endeavors.

Starting this year, we are also planning to organize a sports day for families to participate in.

In response to the COVID-19 pandemic, we have implemented flexible working practices such as slide work, telework, and relocation to rural areas, enabling a more adaptable work environment.

As the new coronavirus is expected to move to category 5 in May, we will further encourage and facilitate communication among our employees.
